Kyle Gardener is Chief Operating Officer at NIC MAP Vision. In this role, he is responsible for providing market analysis tools and comprehensive data to clients in the senior housing sector. Before joining NIC MAP Vision, Kyle was also the Chief Operating Officer at VisionLTC, which was acquired by NIC in 2021. At VisionLTC, Kyle oversaw a market analytics platform for the seniors housing industry, providing real-time insights into market dynamics and empowering stakeholders to evaluate opportunities. Kyle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Christopher Newport University. Kyle has also passed Level 1 of the CFA Program with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
