Tim is a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for Brookfield’s senior housing investment execution in the US and Canada.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Tim held positions in real estate asset management, portfolio management, and investments at PGIM Real Estate. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Susquehanna University.
