Susannah Myerson is a Director in Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.’s Senior Housing Finance (“SHF”) group. She joined the group in 2015 and is primarily responsible for underwriting loan opportunities and working with clients to evaluate property performance, understand local market conditions, and project future cash flows.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Myerson served as a Vice President at ProMatura, a leading research and consulting firm specializing in the aging market.  She also worked in the areas of finance and development for more than 12 years with national senior housing providers including Watermark Retirement Communities and Sunrise Senior Living.

Ms. Myerson has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona. She is an active volunteer with the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (NIC) and since 2018 has served on the Future Leaders Council Oversight Committee and has taught multiple sessions of NIC’s Senior Housing Boot Camp.
