In his role as VP of Data Science, Rahul has leads key data engineering, analytics and strategic initiatives such as enhancing market intelligence, operational KPI reporting, and the development of Ventas’ next-generation data platform. He also oversees the company’s predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives. Rahul has over 15 years of experience in leading high performance, data-driven teams across several commercial real estate asset classes (hospitality, healthcare, office, industrial) and in financial services. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
