Cameron Bell joined NHI in 2011 as a Financial Analyst. Since then, he has progressed within the organization, taking on responsibilities in asset and portfolio management, underwriting new investment opportunities, and visiting every NHI property in the portfolio. Currently, Cameron holds the position of VP, Portfolio Management. In this role, he oversees NHI’s portfolio of leased & loan assets and supports relationship management with existing tenants. From 2019 – 2022, he served on the NIC Future Leaders Council, where he co-chaired the Bootcamp committee for two years. He continues to assist in the boot camp events and other NIC initiatives. Cameron holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University.
