Rahul Bhangare is the Founder & CEO of Occulytics Inc., a company specializing in advanced analytics, machine learning and AI for commercial real estate. Before founding Occulytics, Rahul was VP of Data Science at Ventas where he spearheaded strategic initiatives in data engineering, analytics, and automation. His leadership was instrumental in elevating market intelligence, optimizing operational KPI reporting, and architecting the company’s next-generation data platform. Rahul has over 15 years of experience in leading high performance, data-driven teams across several commercial real estate asset classes including hospitality, healthcare, office, and industrial in addition to financial services. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
